Terms of service.

Welcome to Tessa Scissorhands LLC & Technicolor Salon (hereinafter referred to as "The Salon"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our services.

  1. Services: The Salon offers a variety of hair services. Our team of professionals is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients.

  2. Booking: All appointments must be booked online via our website or designated booking platform. A valid credit card and a deposit are required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your service. You will receive email and text confirmations and reminders in connection with your appointments.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours to 24 hours of your appointment time, a fee up to 75% of the service cost will be charged. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service cost.

  4. Late Policy: Your punctuality is appreciated. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be cancelled. In such a case, our cancellation policy will be applied, and we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

  5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of your service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Any unpaid balances after 90 days may be forwarded to a collection agency, and additional fees may apply.

  6. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns.

  7. Guest Policy: Due to space constraints and our focus on providing a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all clients, we ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving services. Minors receiving services may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  8. Health & Safety: Clients are expected to arrive for services in a hygienic state. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with conditions that may affect the health and safety of our staff or other clients.

  9. Respectful Conduct: We aim to maintain a tranquil and respectful environment within The Salon. Any behavior that disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of The Salon, or disrespects our staff or clients, may result in immediate termination of services and banning from future appointments.

  10. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We follow stringent security measures to protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

  11. Modification of Terms: The Salon reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

  12. Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment and receiving services from The Salon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Salon operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which The Salon operates.

This Terms of Service is effective from 10/01/2020.
